This elegant, elevated 2nd story loft with vaulted ceilings has been designed for your next dream Key West getaway. Tastefully decorated with trendy decor and modern furnishings, this property has a welcoming and clean feel. Comprised of two lofts on Duval, this recently renovated compound is perfect for up to 12 guests.



With a private, shaded balcony overlooking Duval Street, this modern duplex is walking distance to all of Key West's best restaurants, attractions and galleries.



The Space:

Each bedroom features a king size bed, while the living rooms have queen size Murphy beds for extra guests joining.



Two bedrooms and 2.5 baths are located in the front unit, Sky Suite, while the other two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located in the back unit, Cloud Suite.



Accommodating up to 12 guests, this exceptionally large 4 bedroom/4.5 bath duplex comes with private laundry rooms and off-street parking for one vehicle.



The bedrooms are furnished with classic cozy furniture and hotel grade sheets and pillows. The two full sized and fully stocked kitchens make cooking meals easy and convenient.



Guest Access:

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit.



How to access: This property is a historic loft and can only be accessed by a flight of stairs. There is no elevator available.

On the 700 block of Duval, The Sky Suites Retreat is centralized to everything Key West.



In the heart of Duval street you can find many of locals favorite's such as: Martins, 915, 801 Bourbon Street Pub, Moondog Cafe & The Hemingway House



Looking for a night out? Find Willy T's, Fogarty's and Fat Tuesday’s at the other end of Duval, but don’t worry there are pedicabs everywhere for easy transportation up and down Duval Street.



Being in the heart of everything does come with noise of Duval street, but nonetheless an easy and convenient location to experience all Key West has to offer!

There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

Overall it was a great location and the layout of the combined 2 units was perfect for 12 people if you’re ok with 2 per bed and having to use both Murphy beds. For us it was a good experience. The unit (probably due to location) had wear and tear which I’m assuming is to the amount of bookings they receive. Issues didn’t have a huge impact on us but we’re definitely noticed. If they have regular up keep at this house I think it will ensure everyone has a great experience. Huge bonus that check out required nothing from us clean up wise and the management company picked up all calls when we had minor confusion with check in.

Came down with a group of guys for a bachelor party. Amazing property in a fantastic location. Easy walk to most attractions. We had a group of 9 so a few of us had to share beds but the common space was big enough to accommodate the whole group.

Everything you need in key west

The location was perfect right on duval street walking distance to everything. The condos itself were nice and spacious, very clean bathrooms and kitchens. Perfect for any bachelor or bachelorette party. Would 100% recommend for a group.

The BEST place to stay!

We were four friend couples renting the adjoining condos for a long weekend in Key West. Everything about the condos was top notch. The beds were comfy, the showers were hot and the porches were so much fun to hang out on and people watch. The location was a little loud at night but that is to be expected when you stay in the middle of everything in key west! Great place!

Great location in the mist of everything on Duval Street. Everything was as pictures and everything you need is literally provided. Host was very attentive to anything that was needed. THE BEST LOCATION!

Incredible communication with the property management ladies. They were so helpful with everything and every (read 100) questions I had when trying to plan a bachelorette party from out of town. These two interconnecting condos were just perfection for our big party of 13 women. Plenty of beds (and comfortable, too), plenty of bathrooms, and all the amenities we needed. Excellent location on Duval, in the middle of everything, and walkable to some many restaurants and bars. Highly recommend and we already want to come back and stay here again.
