The kitchen is truly a "chef's kitchen" featuring a 6 burner stove with 2 induction burners and 4 gas burners, a steam oven, two conventional ovens, a food processor, immersion blender, Le Creuset cookware, an air fryer and more! The first floor features a great room with high vaulted ceilings, natural sunlight, and windows that open to the deck overlooking the lagoon. The furnished screened porch is the ideal spot for relaxing or enjoy an afternoon drink on one of the three decks. Also included is a separate laundry room that opens to the front of the house near the outdoor shower and the two car garage. Quality Wi-Fi and Live TV are provided via YouTube TV for indoor entertainment.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only, allowing ONE (1) non-shedding dog with a max weight limit of 50 lbs. There is an additional pet fee of $250 per week with $500 maximum for multiple weeks. Dog must be at least 1 year of age. No other pets allowed.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
