This comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor villa is located in the oceanfront Windswept Villa complex in the popular East Beach neighborhood of Kiawah Island, with beach access from your private deck! Enjoy a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach from this relaxing oceanside Kiawah Island escape.

The open plan living area is cute and cozy with comfy seating, a flat screen TV and a dining area to seat 4 guests. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless appliances and all you need for home cooked meals, with a pass through to the dining area for easy entertaining. The living area opens to a quaint outdoor deck with adirondack chairs, dune views and a staircase leading directly to beach access.

This Kiawah Island oceanside villa comfortably accommodates 2 guests, ideal for a romantic escape to Kiawah. The newly updated bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bath can also be accessed via the hall and offers a separate sink for guests. New updates to paint throughout, dining and living areas, and new furnishings will be completed 5/2022!

Checkin with key code easy. Wifi easy to sign onto. Needed to wash a few glasses the kitchen but otherwise clean. Beautiful condo and excellent location to beach, restaurants, and The Nest. We love Kiawah for biking and running paths and very family friendly.

Perfect location

Our second time in this unit. Love the location. So close to the beach. Some details need attention: coffee pot is on last leg, mattress a little soft, frig filtered water didn’t work. But great room furniture very nice. We will be back.

Anniversary get away

Decided to take a short get away to celebrate our anniversary and my wife wanted to go to the beach. This property was literally on the beach. Comfortable, quiet and convenient to things we like to do. Highly recommend it. Will definitely try and rebook if we go back to Kiawah Island.

Amazing Stay

From check in to check out, we greatly enjoyed our stay in SC. The Villa was awesome, clean, and in a great location. We were secluded enough to have privacy but also in a great location to have easy access to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone and look to stay here again in the future.

The condo is exactly as pictured! Clean and perfectly stocked with everything you will need. The location is excellent, steps to the beach. The space was comfortable and we get all over the island with our bikes. Thank you!!!

Not a queen bed. Light shines into bedroom all night.

The villa was very dated and the bed was not a queen--it was a full. Also the lighting for the paths shines directly into the bedroom through the flimsy curtains--all night long until dawn. Tiny deck wet with moss actually growing on it. Rugs wet entire time without rain. First property I've ever stayed on Kiawah that I would never go back esp at the rate charged.
