This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2nd floor Kiawah villa is located in the Windswept Villa complex in popular East Beach, an easy stroll to the island's top amenities and miles of pristine beaches.This gorgeous villa is recently renovated and redecorated with designer inspired interiors, high-end amenities and all your need for a tranquil and hassle-free Kiawah vacation.

The kitchen, dining and living areas are very open and spacious. The kitchen is updated with stainless appliances and granite countertops, and the step down living area is equipped with a sofa bed, flat screen TV and offers access to an open deck, where you can relax in the cool shade and listen to the sound of the ocean. This villa has both a Keurig coffee brewer and also a drip coffee maker for coffee lovers.

4466 Windswept Villas comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 1 bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living area for an additional 2 guests. The guest suite offers a king bed, flat screen TV and private entry to the deck. The spacious bathroom has a tiled walk in shower with seat and granite vanity and offers a private water closet.

*Notice: From February 18 through March 31, no access will be allowed to the rear side of Ocean Buildings 3 and 4. This includes all rear boardwalks, unit walkway connectors, and rear stair access. During this time, Boardwalk 21, located between Ocean Buildings 3 and 4, will remain closed. Beach access will remain available via Boardwalks 20 and 22. Please be advised that construction activity and associated noise may occur during this time.

Great Place to Stay

Clean, comfortable accommodations. Could have had better instructions for getting into the property (there are TWO keypads at the entrance). Dryer did not work.Good location. Close to the beach. Close to Night Heron Park. We would definitely stay again.

Overall we had a great time and the condo was in a good location. Some issues: the wi-fi code wasn’t included in messaging (or I couldn’t find it), the carpet was worn and dirty, paint was peeling in kitchen, having upstairs neighbors was loud in the morning as we could hear them walking, etc, the TV was dark on one side, and the outside lights didn’t work and stair lights were out.

Property needs to updated and cleaned

I knelt on the floor and my white jeans had dirt marks on them, cockroach running around the sink, some kind of debris in the sink, rugs out of the bath area filthy and need to be replaced, door in bathroom on interior filthy, door to bathroom squeaks needs WD 40. Sign broken as you enter, broken fish on porch. Smells musty as you enter… slept with doors ajar for fresh air.
