Kihei Surfside 414 features a relaxed environment with a tropical ambiance. We are very pleased to share the modern and spacious feel resulting from our recent high end full remodel and refurnish. As this is a corner unit, on the mauka (mountain) end of the building, the wrap around windows provide a spectacular view of the ocean and Haleakalā, or the East Maui Volcano (tallest peak 10.023 feet) which forms more than 75% of the Hawaiian Island of Maui. Kihei Surfside 414 has great ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom and lanai. Gentle breezes from the mountain provide natural cooling in the evening. New tile flooring greets you as you walk in and continues throughout the kitchen, dining area, living room and lanai. New hardwood flooring in both bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, the living room and dining area to keep you comfortable.

The timeless kitchen and bathroom cabinets are caramelized bamboo. Striking granite in the kitchen includes a roomy peninsula with two bar chairs. You will find new GE Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen, including a noticeably quiet dishwasher and disposal. Please enjoy the Keurig coffee maker and Breville toaster. The beautiful hand carved mahogany dining table with seating for 4 is truly a statement piece.

Furniture in the living room is new and offers a modern, tropical feel, along with comfort! There are wall mounted, flat screen smart TV's in the living room and guest bedroom, featuring free guest Netflix. Dimmable LED lighting adds a nice touch. Note: Livingroom has a queen-sized sofa bed.

The master bedroom is on the ocean side of the building. It has a queen bed, and the ocean is also visible from the master bath shower. The master bath features a comfort height vanity topped with subtle tone granite, extra cabinet space and a lovely walk in shower.

The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds. With advance notice, the twins can be pushed together to form a king-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a full bathroom with the comfort height vanity and granite top and a clear glass enclosed shower.

Lounge on our spacious lanai with a bistro set, plenty of room for four guests, overlooking the ocean and a gorgeous manicured lawn. A spectacular place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic oceanfront dinner! Viewing of whales in season. Our condo features striking artwork from local artists, highlighting the beauty of Maui.

This condo is fully equipped with fresh linens and towels, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. All units have beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas and snorkel gear are NOT supplied, but are often left behind in the units by other guests – no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge during regular business hours - Monday to Saturday. Office is closed Sundays and Holidays.

The washer and dryer in the unit is a welcome plus - better than the trips to the laundry room. The unit utilizes a convenient keyless entry system and a personal safe. Much time and care has gone into making Kihei Surfside 414 an amazing condominium and we are proud to offer it as a prime vacation rental property.

The unit has free, wireless high speed internet and free long distance calling to the United States and Canada. It is also equipped with a state of the art Oracode door lock, whereby each guest is issued a unique code which controls the door only during their stay. No keys! The Surfside is an ideal oceanfront location and has much to offer for first time visitors as well as returning guests. FREE ON-SITE PARKING AND NO RESORT FEES!

The lawn is at least twice the normal size for a condominium complex. This allows ample space for everyone to enjoy - from sunbathing and reading to family activities (whale watching in winter months). Great snorkeling can be enjoyed just off the Surfside and the beautiful Keawakapu Beach is just steps away. It is ideal for morning and evening strolls along with swimming, boogie boards and soaking up the Maui sunshine. Guests and owners often gather on the lawn at sunset to take in the beauty and mingle, if desired. Many bring refreshments and share their experiences of the day. A heated pool is located near the ocean along with a BBQ area for your use. The Kihei Surfside Complex Renovation was completed in late 2015 with the installation of all new windows, doors, lanai surfaces and glass railings, as well as painting of the building exterior. All of which significantly enhanced its appeal. Once you stay in an oceanfront unit, you'll not be satisfied anywhere else, as the full ocean views and sounds of the waves are awesome to behold day and night

Rates for two bedroom units are for up to 4 people. 5th/6th person is allowable in this unit at $25 per night per person (maximum occupancy 6).
