Beautifully Remodeled with Central A/C! Top Floor! Palms at Wailea 206

Fabulous condo! This luxury Palms at Wailea unit is located near the spectacular pool and jacuzzi and all the amenities this popular complex affords.

This central air-conditioned 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is immaculate and beautiful and comes equipped with all the amenities so that you feel as if you are right at home. Enjoy the pleasant views from the large wraparound lanai in a tropical garden setting.

This unit has approximately 1200 square feet of living area plus a lanai! Fully air-conditioned. This is the largest 2-bedroom unit in the complex! The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and the guest room has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King upon request. Top floor, tastefully furnished, plush carpeting, gourmet kitchen, spacious living area, and lots more.

Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

5/12/25 Update: Pool Closure Notice
The pool will be closed Tuesday, September 16th through Friday, September 19th, 2025 for maintenance.
It is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, September 20th.

Mostly a Glod Stay

This is mostly a nice unit, with some wear and tear that with improvement could make it an awesome unit. When we arrived I had to clean things like kitchen door handles, the pantry door, and wipe the counters. It didn't feel super clean. I really did not appreciate cleaning someone else's grime out of the cooler. This automatically makes me wonder what else isn't cleanly. Not a huge deal I guess.There was not enough silverware for the number of people in our group, which I notice seems to be a complaint that management hasn't addressed over time.What I think is MOST important for others to know is related to the pool.Our children were not allowed to play with a single water toy or even splash without local residents giving us dirty looks.This has got to be the most uncomfortable pool environment I have been at. This normally wouldn't frustrate me except that only some of their strict pool rules are enforced. I think it's really unfair to snark at children behaving normally but then allow the adults to get drunk when there is also a no alcohol policy. I witnessed adult after adult coming down with their Kona beer and management didn't say a thing. You can't enforce some of your very strict rules but not others. Secondly, if this property wants to have a strict pool policy, fine, but then make that explicit in the listing. I felt really bad for the many kids just being normal kids in a pool while adults strolled by with a look or asked them to stop with a drink in hand.

Very nice and clean, 15 minute walk to the beach. 25 minute walk to Grand Wailea. Nice pool area. Free parking. Well equipped kitchen.

Maui Thanksgiving

We were pleasantly surprised by the layout of the property and the living room space and window view of the ocean with gorgeous evening sunsets. Our unit was clean and we only used the kitchen for snacks and coffee and one breakfast. The neighborhood was very tranquil and well manicured landscaping with just a short walk to the pool. Our kids and grandkids loved the surroundings and enjoyed going to the beach.

Great property!!

Very nice, clean property in a beautiful resort area. Only complaints are dinnerware and wine glasses need to be updated. Also, refrigerator blocks the opening of a cabinet and door. But overall had a wonderful stay.

Spacious and Clean

This property was more than enough room for our family of 4. Everyone had a spot when they wanted some quiet time after a day at the many nearby beaches. The dining table, patio and living room was perfect for us to gather for meals or watch a movie. The rental was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed, but anything extra we were able to purchase nearby. Beautiful property!

Lovely condo - would stay again

We walked into this condo and felt immediately relaxed after a long day of traveling. Someone came in shortly before us to turn on the a/c and TV. It was light and bright and spacious. We only had minor complaints: the couch has changed from what you see in the pictures (the new one is soft and wonderful but it changes the space available for the dining table), the twin beds that could be made into a king were kept separate by a night stand, the ask was to take shoes off but the floors made our bare feet filthy in less than an hour of arriving, the porch has not gotten any attention for quite a while (huge birds nest, lots of bird feces), and mysteriously, there was no can opener despite the sheer volume of things available in the kitchen. The pool was also very different from what was pictured. All I can think was perhaps a remodel since pictures were taken? Even with these minor surprises, we really loved staying in this unit. It was harder than expected (based on the pics) to negotiate with a toddler, but we made due and did our best to keep trouble out of his reach, but do know there’s a lot of trouble for a toddler in this condo. A great washer and dryer, loaded kitchen, comfy king bed, solid internet, short walk to the pool, short drive to the beach, and a lovely neighborhood! Charming decor and furnishings. I was just bummed to see the unit listed for around $50 less a night on the owner’s website right before we checked in, but regardless, we enjoyed ourselves and would return.

The BEST place to stay!

This was our second visit to this particular unit but our 20th time staying at the Palms at Wailea and so far 206 has been the best by far. Not only is it very well appointed with beautiful, bright, modern and high end touches, but it also conveys the easy and relaxed feel that we've come to associate with Maui. The property management team was promptly responsive and super helpful. We especially appreciated the spacious, uncluttered high ceiling rooms, proximity to the pool, and well-appointed kitchen. Beach gear was an added bonus that we made good use of every day. This unit felt like coming home to our favorite vacation retreat!

Lovely stay in Maui!

This was our second stay in unit 206, and it did not disappoint! Very comfortable and clean. Looks exactly as portrayed in the photos.We are a family of four, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The lanai is lovely.....one of my favourite things to do was to sit out there and listen to the birds. Also has a barbecue, which is very convenient. This unit was well stocked with everything needed to cook our meals. Also had beach chairs and boogie boards! The central air conditioning was also a great plus! Overall, we had a great vacation, and I would recommend staying here. Can't wait to return!
