While the property was close to the airport which was the driving factor, it was dirty and extremely unkempt. What was more upsetting was the condescending tone the receptionist staff took with me when I questioned them about a room key.that was lost. I was blamed but after 45 mins of searching my room and belongings - there was no way I was going to leave my room unlocked at this place, they found the key, but not before they suggested that I can go and the porter can enter my room and look for it. Convenience and price does not always pay. On the upside, they did provide 2 airport transfers when they booking only promised the one.

The room was absolutely filthy. Especially the bathroom yuk! I also booked in for a massage only to realise it was outside in the heat in full view of everyone. I asked the lady not to touch my leg as it has a new tattoo so she then put oil on it. The staff are rude and do not understand or speak English very well.

Great for waiting for an airport departure

Great staff - so kind and friendly! The rooms aren't anything special but the bed is comfy. Unfortunately the maintenance is lacking as the toilet set isn't even secured down - it just slides right off. I saw another review with someone complaining about the same thing. Surely it's not that difficult to fix? They also offer a free ride to the international airport which is perfect.

Quick check in at a convenient location. Loved the pool! Nice addition to our stay. Rooms are on the small side and some extra cleaning around the edges of rooms wouldn’t go astray. Value for money budget accommodation close to the airport.

Great place close to airport

I booked this place because it is close to the airport and they provided one way free transfer from the airport which was great for me as arriving about 2 am in early morning. It was only 11 minutes walk to the airport from the hotel so I was able to walk there the next day to get my next flight. Lovely pick up man and reception man, bed was very comfortable and the property had a beautiful pool which I didn’t get to use but it looked very inviting as my room had a small balcony overlooking the pool.Jug, tea and coffee and fridge provided. The only thing I could fault was that the shower didn’t have a shower screen or curtain so water went all over the bathroom floor and had caused a bit of mould on wall under the washbasin. However there was lovely hot water for my shower so I was as happy and it was very quiet- so close to the airport but didn’t hear any plane noise. Don’t expect 5star at this price but I would definitely stay again for an overnight after arriving or before departing on a flight.
