Beautiful hotel and very comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed the Balinese dance show.

Everything about this place was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t imagine anyone having a bad experience or even the most picky as people would have a lot of trouble trying to be upset about something. The buffet breakfast is like nothing I’ve seen before in Bali. It is just so massive with so many different options. Like it is totally worth it. The place is so cleaned and being cleaned. 24 seven and the staff surely would have a sore face with how much they smile. 1010 experience.

We have the best room ever. It was on the lagoon. They treated us so well. They stocked our free mini bar everyday with water and juice and soda. We had all we needed. There was a variety of teas to use with the kettle they provided. They also supplied us with bug repellent. We had a lovely complimentary breakfast buffet everyday. It included food from several countries. I would recommend this resort to anyone. It is centrally located in town and on the beach. There is a boardwalk that trails all along the beach. We were in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We ordered room service several times and it was delicious and fast and served well. Book your stay here and you will be pleasantly pleased.

we stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room. The hotel staff was delightful. There was a seperate concierge for our building - his name was Rian. he was so helpful and welcoming. He always greeting us and giving us towels at the pool and checking if we needed to order food. He made usfeel special. the deluxe rooms didn't have a lot of room for luggage. We had 4 bags plus2 carry on, so it felt a bit cramped, but other than tgat it was great. the fridge was stocked with drinks & snacks that were free. Our balcony overlooked a quite pool. the beach was nice, but because it was windy, there was a lot of rubbish washing up in the water. the breakfast buffet by the beach was amazing! there were so many options.

I had bad experience while staying Anvaya Resort. 1. lot of Mosquitoes, Which was not resolved after many complaints. 2. AC not working and not resolved after lot of follow-ups. Even my kid got sick due to mosquitoes, When I was there at resort and spoke to Property manager Mr Aditya, He said we will review and process refund but still not received anything. Please provide update.

Dear Anvaya Resort Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Anvaya Resort. Our experience was extremely uncomfortable due to multiple issues that remained unresolved despite several complaints. The AC in our room did not work properly for the entire stay. Even after repeated requests, the problem was not fixed, and we were unable to sleep properly for three nights. In addition, there was a serious mosquito issue. Although staff assured us it would be resolved, the situation continued, and my child became sick from mosquito bites. We never opened the back door, yet the problem persisted, preventing us from enjoying the private pool. I also spoke with the Property Manager, Mr. Aditya, who acknowledged these issues and promised compensation. However, we have not received any follow-up or resolution. Considering the inconvenience and impact on our holiday, I kindly request appropriate compensation. I look forward to your prompt response.
