Walking distance to the train station. Very clean and because we got a room for 3, we had a pretty big room. Shower room was separate from toilet room. Would come back to this hotel when given an opportunity.

Nice and cozy hotel, good size room, good breakfast and friendly staff. Price was also ok. Location is not bad, it’s about 10 minutes walking from Kyoto Shinkansen station

Okay service - terrible amenities.

This hotel had an awful laundry situation. You have to pay via QR code with your card, then the doors don’t lock. Another group opened my laundry mid-load and left it open, and even added a few socks of their own, so I had to go back in a restart it because you get a notification of your laundry being opened. Felt extremely invaded, people going through mine and my girlfriend’s underwear and other garments. Really poor experience with this specifically - otherwise the hotel was OK. You get 1 free ice cream a day, and there are bath houses that don’t allow tattoos.

The room was spacious and clean. Check in was a breeze with friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. Location near major train and bus is a definite plus. Family had a great time.

Location is great, right next to the train station and metro. Walkable to the Kyoto tower that has so many great food options (basement). Spa is helpful after a long walking day. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
