The hotel has beautiful decor and friendly staff. The hotel is very generous in providing a delicious breakfast and there are vouchers to redeem free gifts at the gift shop. The room is very clean and spacious. The area is within walking distance to the bus and train station. Highly recommended to everyone.

This hotel had a pleasant staff that was very attentive to all needs. The one-sen is very nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties. All fresh ingredients with every option one could want in Japan. The room was comfortable. My only negative thought was that there wasn’t a proper window to see outside.

Beautiful property, but the room was tiny, beds and pillows quite uncomfortable. That said the staff were lovely and everything was spotless and in good condition. Great amenities etc. Would stay here again if I had smaller luggage or were travelling alone.

I absolutely love this hotel! The beautiful entry is so inviting, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. While the onsen is a bit small, it never felt crowded and was wonderfully relaxing. Breakfast is an absolute must—it’s fresh, flavorful, and truly delicious!
