A new unit with a nautical charm, this 1-bedroom 1-bath cottage type unit is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay in La Jolla.



Enter into a spacious family room and enjoy natural light from the large windows The kitchen with brand new appliances is perfect for a home cooked meal when not taking advantage of one of the many wonderful local restaurants.



Retire for the night in a cozy bedroom with a large queen sized bed, flatscreen TV and windows to let in the ocean breeze. The updated bathroom has everything you need to feel at home.



Step outside to the shared deck above to enjoy a drink while taking in a breathtaking San Diego sunset. Expansive views of the Pacific paired with comfortable seating, and a barbeque and boasting views of the ocean and palm tree filled horizon.



The unit’s convenient location allows you to live like a local during your stay with everything you need within walking distance. Take a two minute stroll down to peaceful Windansea Beach and see the sandy beaches and abundant marine life up close or check out all of the charming restaurants and shopping in nearby La Jolla Village.



Abundant free parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Nearby freeway access also allows for a quick drive over to one of San Diego’s many world renown attractions.



No Pets. Service and Emotional Support Animals permitted with proper documentation.



Please note unit is situated in very docile quiet complex and crickets at night time and quiet hours of 9pm-9am are enforced. No dishwasher, shared laundry, AC in Family area with a fan in the bedroom. If this sounds like your type of environment we would love to Host you!

You will have the entire unit to yourself! Outdoor areas are shared, and there is plenty of free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood!



Other Things to Note:

There is a deck above your unit so you may hear light footsteps during the day above family room but not the bedroom.



Other units advised: "Deck is shared and above another unit. It's for perfect enjoying food and drink outside, sitting and laying out. Not for heavy walking, running around, workouts, etc. Deck hours: 9am-9pm only are enforced."

2. Excessive noise at any time of day is not permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times, especially between 9 PM and 9 AM.

3. Deck hours are between 9AM and 9PM only.

4. Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests should not exceed the maximum occupancy specified or preapproved by management.

5. Undisclosed pets or pets not preapproved by management are prohibited. Service and Emotional Support Animals allowed with proper documentation and must be leashed and under owner's control at all times outside of unit.
