Elevator button on fifth floor had some weird white substance on it (candlewax?) and it took 3 whole days for someone to notice and clean it off. Breakfast was stale and lacklustre. Looks like the ceiling in my room was water damaged.

Pool was good, hot tub didnt have eorking jets. The restaurant was good but slow and expensive. The front desk staff was meh. Bed was comfy and room was adequate.

"The outdoor self parking charge is outrageous for guests. The heating system made noise every time it shut off. The shower had last guest's toothpaste in it. Overall, we were disappointed."
