Room was awesome. Super high ceilings and wood linoleum floor and comfy bed and great view and amazing shower. Front desk guy was the happiest person I’ve ever met. Location was incredible - convenient to everything! Onsite restaurant was really great for vegetarians with delicious dishes and excellent wine options. Parking was relatively simple given the emailed instructions they sent ahead of time.

The location was amazing, walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The restaurants in the restaurant were mediocre. There was mold all over my toilet, and the front desk did not have it cleaned when I complained. The floors are poorly installed and make loud cracking noises when you walk on them. I had no maid service, no coffee replacements. No microwaves in the rooms. I would not stay here except for the location.

I liked that is in a nice area. What I did not like, for the price of that Hotel $340 or more per night I think the complimentary bottle of water for each guest should be there when the guest arrive and replace them everyday. I had to ask for water or buy it. How could that be possible? Breakfast very poor, the coffee was terrible, we had to buy coffee in starbucks to have a real coffee flavor, we preferred to eat breakfast outside even though we paid for every day breakfast. They don't even help with the luggage, we had to bring them to the car and then bring the cart from the parking to the lobbly.
