at the beginning the check in was easy , smooth and friendly. but, for breakfast, even though I appreciate is included in the reservation, I think still has to be an area to improve a bit more specially being more clean . Tables were dirty, no one clean after every guest or take a while and I found a hair on my oatmeal. I went to front desk to inform the personal, instead of handles themselves they brought a person from kitchen for me to tell her to be more careful and then left. I felt so uncomfortable speaking with her , but I did nicely and told front desk will like to talk to her manager, but they told manager will send me and email, I’m waiting for it until this day. No additional interaction. Next weekend we stayed at different hotel .
