The staff was very nice. The room was not clean, the floor was filthy. the fridge had no freezer for ice. There was no place to hang clothing. The location was noisy and there were homeless persons in the parking lot.

The desk person was nice. Other staff were kinda scary. The room was not very clean. The floors were filthy. Did not want to use the shower. EXTREMELY NOISY! TV remote had no instructions and was cumbersome to use. There was nowhere to hang clothing. Air conditioner fan did not work properly, it was either on or off, no auto. Very confusing signage to enter or leave the parking lot. A homeless person(s) camped out on site.

1. Construction underway outside of room. 2. Cable out out the entire stay 3. Dog barking incessantly for over 3 hours. Staff allowed me to relocate to another room. 4. Dialed front desk however never a pickup. Believe they had the phones secured.

This property is the worst place I have ever stayed. No care to the property, lots of suspicious people around, very noisy and inappropriate behavior around.
