"The location was excellent! It’s between Old Quebec and Quebec. Everything was within 10-20 min walking distance. It was also right in front of metro bus stops that can take us to other places. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. We needed an extra mattress and they were able to provide for us for a reasonable price. We will stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and it was nice to have easy access to two different delicious restaurants. The only issue was how slow the elevators were. We chose to take the stairs at one point which was tricky with all our luggage and being on the 7th floor. Other than the elevators, it was a perfect stay"

"Ive stayed at this hotel chain before and found that the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. For the price of the room, it would be a nice touch to offer guests free coffee in the lobby as many other hotel chains do."
