"The location of this hotel was perfect . Very close to old town . We walk all the time. The room was extremely clean and the staff was vey polite. We love the breakfast. Even though we have to pay it did includes everything including caffe and juices. We will comeback . We really appreciate the water station with the fruits. Our concierge’s who speaks 4 languages was the cherry on top. We lost a reservation and went above and beyond to help us,sorry we forgot his name but it was Sunday the 21 of June ."

"Our stay at the Chateaux was lovely! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the view was unbeatable. It felt like staying in a castle! The toboggan ride was so fun as well! The location was also amazing with the shops being a short (albeit downhill or uphill) walk or lift-ride away. We stayed in the winter (sorry my review is so delayed!) and still felt that evening was accessible even with the snow and chilly weather. I recommend staying and will absolutely be staying here again!"
