Ever wanted to walk back in time? How about the Mid Century?! You will be surrounded by the past with a modern spin. Cozy up in the reading nook or prepare a meal in the kitchen then eat your meal in the formal dining room. Have a soak in the hot tub on the large private patio. Enjoy a day of shopping downtown Logan that is only 2 minutes away or head over to the many trails the Hocking Hills have to offer. Minutes away from boating or swimming at Lake Logan or go kayaking on the Hocking River. We do have one camera facing the driveway only.

Amazing house details

The house was a one of a kind - we found something fun in every room that made us smile and remember childhood. We played the record player and spent time in the game room and hot tub! It was a cool experience - you can't get anytime - we'll be talking about it when we're old!!!

We loved the Vintage Vibes. The entire house made us feel like we were stepping back in time. The host had a fantastic collection of mid-century modern furnishings and decor. The inside of the house is clean and very comfortable, perfect for our getaway. We were disappointed with the outdoor patio and hot tub area; it could use a clean-up. Besides that, the place was a fun retro stay, close to everything. I would stay here again!

Taking a trip to the past

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this mid century style home. We appreciated learning about the history of the home and the thoughtfulness the hosts put into restoring the property. The house was clean and organized and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that offered privacy. Communication with the host was great and they were very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend this rental if you’re staying in the Hocking Hills area!

blast from the past in a serene setting

if you’re an MCM lover, this place is definitely for you - it’s been beautifully restored and decorated. it is also very comfortable and felt like a home which allowed us to have a more peaceful stay! conveniently located - just outside of downtown logan, and also by 33 for easy access to hocking hills, lancaster, athens, and other parks, trails, etc. the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and is set back so you feel like you’re out in the woods - best of both worlds! great hosts and communicators - you can tell they care about their guests and the home. would highly recommend - thank you again!

This was a great trip. The bed was comfy. The property was clean. The hot tub was hot. A blast from the past! And it’s secluded enough to feel Private but close enough to everything else to not be a jaunt to get some food. Highly recommend.

Girls weekend getaway; this vintage gem was the most perfect place for us to relax in a retro atmosphere everything was appealing and very well appointed! Such charm and so adorable and comfortable. Hiking Trip

This was a great property. The vintage decor and accents were fun. Location was quick and easy to get to all the Hocking Hills areas. Very clean. Nice suggestions on hikes and eating from the owners. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in that area.

Great location, close to Hocking Hills State Park where we did several hikes. Loved the vintage furniture and decor, and was very clean, including the hot tub. A couple small suggestions: deadbolts on the doors (for more security and peace of mind, especially as two women), and power strips by the beds so one can plug in lamp, fan, and phone charger. We absolutely were floored about this home and the amenities they Provided for our stay. Very comfortable ranch home with old charm and game room with crafts to do and huge kitchen ! Fantastic Mini Honeymoon Getaway

My fiancĂ© and I got married Saturday, 12/21, and wanted to have a mini honeymoon just to getaway for a couple of days to unwind and enjoy time together just the two of us. We could not be happier with where we stayed. It was in a cute neighborhood but still tucked away where we felt very secluded and private. The location was phenomenal as it was within 10 minutes of several wineries, breweries, and restaurants. The place itself was extremely clean and gave us that cozy/homy feeling. The checkin/checkout process was as seamless as it could possibly be. The property owners were very prompt in replying to my messages and stayed in contact throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. They even got us a very thoughtful/wonderful gift and provided us with snacks for being newlyweds. We will definitely be back and recommend to this place to our family and friends!I do like to leave some constructive feedback on all of my posts. These things in no way had a negative impact or took away from our time there but a few suggestions I have would be to possibly provide tissues in the bathrooms and maybe a roll or two of paper towels for the kitchen, Also, maybe take a look at the water pressure for the shower. Again, these things are very nit picky and should have no negative impact on anyone’s stay at this phenomenal place. I just wanted to mention them in case the property owners wanted to look into it/consider them.

a true vintage gem

my husband and I booked this vrbo for our "babymoon" before we have our first child and we cannot recommend it enough. the vintage touches, modern details and personalized note and gifts from marie were absolutely incredible! we found ourselves immediately at home in the space and so grateful to have the whole house to relax in for the weekend. the bed is extremely comfortable, the hidden tv is one of the coolest things we've seen and the the check-in and check-out process was super simple. we enjoyed playing an elvis record, having pizza in the formal dining space and playing pong in the game room. this home is so special and marie will truly go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for! there will definitely be a "next time" for staying here - hopefully when I am not pregnant and can enjoy the hot tub - haha! with so many cabins to choose from, this mid-century modern spot was a cool change from what the hocking hills normally offer. it is minutes away from downtown logan and route 33, so going to athens, lancaster or the state park is super doable. wouldn't change a thing!

Fun Decor

The whole house decor was so much fun, we loved looking at all of the old things. There was a bit of a musty smell. It would be nice to have a second shower, and the outside patio by the hot tub could be cleaned up a little bit. But overall it was a great stay, I would definitely stay here again.
