Great location 5 min walk from Paddington Station. Room had some cosmetic damage but was clean and comfortable and lovely toiletries provided. Think English B&B rather than Travelodge. There's no a/c but the fan provided was sufficient. Breakfast being included is a bonus, cereals, toast and cooked breakfast made to order. The staff were all friendly and helpful. This is a townhouse converted to a hotel so be aware access is via a narrow staircase with no lift so if you struggle with stairs request a lower floor room. Great for the price and location, definitely would stay again.

As an American, I had to come to terms with the fact that European hotel rooms are smaller than ours. I had hot water, clean sheets and towels, and daily room service! I couldn’t ask for anything more
