The Hotel itself was charming and in a GREAT location. Easy walks to a variety of restaurants, shops and venues. The staff was super helpful and friendly. So pleased we were able to stay there.

Paid extra to upgrade to the 11sqm room - still got the 7sqm room and when questioned the reception told me there is only one size of single room. The room was nice just very cramped and claustrophobic meaning it was very hot even in the autumn.

Room was cleaned, offered slippers to change into, breakfast area was clean and replenished - there's limited tables but you can usually find one, staff (concierge and housekeeping) were great and professional. Great location - walkable to the Underground, the British Museum, a nearby Tesco Express, and the core of it all (Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, etc.).

Don’t stay here

Room was next to the breakfast room so woken up at 557 by noise of setting up. Told reception who phoned manager who told him to deal with it as she was next door! Poor.

Gem of a hotel!

Lovely hotel! Just half a mile from shops, restaurants and theatres. Little details thought of in the Room like a USB-C/iPhone charging lead, recycling options, floor-standing fan, a couple of different mirrors and a few lighting options. Continental breakfast nice. Staff professional.

Very small room

The room was very small—not even enough space to open up my suitcase. This is an ok option for solo travel, but I wouldn’t recommend to have multiple people stay together. The room was also very warm during the summer—the small fan on the side table was a saving grace.

I'm glad I got to the breakfast room early, as advised. I couldn't find any saucers or eggcups, but it was all part of the fun! The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. Having read comments about a lack of air con, I was delighted to have cool air from the built-in fan on such a warm night.

What a lovely little hotel with staff that are happy to help and offer advice on the local area. The breakfast was an added bonus . Needed an extra fan for the room as it was warm and stafff happy to provide , I would stay here again when visiting London.

Lovey hotel. Great location near Tottenham Court Rd. Pubs, restaurants, transport close by. Breakfast was fine for us - cereal, toast, fruit, yoghurt, boiled eggs, pastries. We were on the third floor with no lift, so a bit of a struggle but we managed.
