Front desk staff all very helpful and courteous. Cleaning staff very efficient. Just steps away from a great tavern that serves good food Breakfast was more than enough to eat. Would book again. Arrived into Victoria Coach Station and walked around the corner to check in. I checked in then straight out again into the West End via Victoria underground which is within eyesight of the Comfort Inn!Came back and straight to sleep. The cleaners were a little noisy in the morning and you can hear the rumblings every now and then from the underground (basement room) but these are all minor things tbh. Clean modern room l, pleasant staff, good value and a great base for the night.

Ideally situated for both Victoria coach Station and main line train station. Room though small had a comfy bed and all amenities. The bathroom was clean and modern with a super shower. Couldn't get the TV or the air con to work some instructions would've been helpful

The room was tiny, barely fit a double bed in it. In between the rumblings of the trains into Victoria, we had the noise from upstairs of people jumping up and down on the floor. I guess the question is what do you expect for a room only rate of £130? Never again. Do not believe the description on hotels.com for sure!!

Conveniently located, staff were all polite and did best they could with things. Rooms a tad on the small side, but ok for short stays (was there for a few before heading to Brighton)

Excellent, we were so impressed with this hotel. Great location, brilliant staff. Clean and comfortable. We didnt take the breakfast option but it looked good. Super handy for Victoria statuon and getting around London.
