Nice hotel but lots of little things that I feel have been ignored that if they were addressed, it would make the hotel perfect. I’ve already left a note with the hotel so won’t detail all the issues here, but just lots of little things that need better attention to detail. I was also really shocked that the bars in the hotel were closed by 10:30 on a Saturday night! I usually expect a bar in a hotel to be open late for residents. I couldn’t so much as get a Diet Coke! So that was extremely disappointing.

Lovely comfortable hotel with great staff. Comfy bed, good sized room, quiet at night, great location. Only minor complaint was the quality of the coffee available in the room - would expect at least a pod system rather than Nescafé sachets.

Beautiful hotel, the location is perfect for every aspect of a city break. The staff are friendly and the hotel is spotless. My only gripe would be that there is no fridge in the room (queen superior) as stated on website.

We only spent 1 night here to attend a show at the London Palladium. The hotel was excellent the staff were very helpful, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The only issue we had was the sign outside was very small and partially covered by a large plant and we walked straight past the entrance and only found it on the way back up the road

Hidden gem

First stay at the Courthouse and couldnt fault it. Very comfortable and staff genuinely warm and welcoming, especially Ajjay. Lovely room and facilities, including quirky bar in main hotel and rooftop bar. Will definitely book again.
