Check-out time is at 10 AM ⏰. If our cleaning assistant arrives and guests are still in the apartment, additional time compensation will be required for the cleaner, administration, and inconvenience to the next guests checking in the same day. Each additional hour after 10 AM will cost £50 💰.

If you ask us to come and open the door for any reason, such as losing or forgetting keys inside the apartment 🔑, it will cost £200 for our time and resources.
If you forget any belongings after your stay and request our assistance in coordinating with the next guest to provide access and return your items, an additional fee of ÂŁ500 đŸ’· will be charged to cover our time and resources ⏰.
