Normally, I stay in chain hotels but I wanted something near Borough Market and I'm so happy I found this place. My room was ample and very clean with amenities. Excellent service and very homey and cozy, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for our needs. Convenient for Borough Market, Thames walk, Shard, station etc. Hotel has a nice feel. The reception and concierge staff were friendly, professional and polite. Breakfast and coffee very good. Would stay again if in the area. Would recommend.

Compact and bijou room

Very convenient hotel close to London Bridge tube station. Room quite small and bathroom even small. Room was spotless and had all essential items. We were kept awake the first night by roadworks just outside the hotel which were out of the control of the hotel. The hotel was very apologetic and assured us there would not be roadworks for next two nights or they would have moved us. A fruit bowl and little box of sweets were sent to room as an apology. Overall lovely hotel.

Great location

Stayed one night before flying out to Greece. Hotel location is so handy for getting around London. Second time we've used this hotel and will definitely be back.

Great for Globe

Purpose of visit was to go to Globe Theatre production but also took in Old Vic. Therefore great location for both. Near the river for walking and picking up Bankside boat trips. Great service especially being able to leave our case for the day at the hotel after checking out and collecting at the end of the day.

Et behagelig hotell litt utenfor sentrum

Dette er et behagelig og godt hotell som ligger litt utenfor sentrum (rett over London Bridge pÄ sÞrsiden). Dette er imidlertid ikke et problem, da det er bare to minutter Ä gÄ til nÊrmeste Tube-stopp. Hotellet er relativt nyoppusset, og rommene er freshe go stilrene. Eneste jeg har Ä trekke pÄ hotellet er at servicen er litt for stiv (men god), og rommene er ganske smÄ.

Great location right next to the tube

Did not use any of the hotel facilities, but the room was clean and comfortable. Would book here again because the price was right and the location was ideal for strolling along the Thames and hoping on the Tube.

Ideal location for London transport

A well maintained ,modern hotel.Rooms are not huge but very comfortable .It is across from London Bridge railway station and you can use the same exit for the tube.We were two mums with teenage daughters and felt comfortable returning late at night as the hotel was so close to the station.

Excellent customer service, cleanliness and location

The hotel is in an excellent location to catch a bus to Covent Garden/Piccadilly Circus or walk to Tower of London, Tate Museum, Millennium Bridge or St. Paul's Cathedral. The concierge and front desk were very helpful in locating a reasonably priced Indian but excellent menu in walking distance and room was extremely clean with washroom quite large.

Delighted with hotel

I booked this hotel for the night of the AC/DC concert at Wembley - there was very limited availability for our preferred price range and so we chose London Bridge as it was just off the Jubilee line. Delighted with our choice - hotel location was great - close to tube, across the road from Borough Market. Very friendly staff and a prompt check in and check out. Room was lovely, all looked very new throughout the hotel.

Allgemein sehr angenehm, durchaus bei nÀchster Reise wieder

Das Zimmer (war Nr 320) war schön gerĂ€umig, im allgemeinen recht gut gepflegt; die Aussicht war auf den Hinterhof (nicht so toll, aber man hat sogar den "Clock Tower" (Big Ben) gesehen). Trotz zentraler Lage war es sehr angenehm ruhig, der Service war sehr freundlich. Internetzugang via WLAN war (anders als bei Expedia angegeben) kostenfrei. Die Underground Station "London Bridge" ist quasi gegenĂŒber (man muss nur durch die UnterfĂŒhrung der Bahngleise laufen). Sowohl Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant (Abend) als auch der Zimmerservice (FrĂŒhstĂŒck) konnten mich ĂŒberzeugen; frische Zutaten und sehr lecker. Negativ ĂŒberrascht hat mich, dass das Bad zwar vom Grundsatz recht schön war, aber die Haltegriffe der Badewanne sehr verkalkt/verschmutzt sowie die Duschwand verkalkt/unten verrostet waren. Soetwas hatte ich bei einem Hotel der 4*-Kategorie nicht erwartet. Hatte aber bei diesem Kurzaufenthalt (2 Tage) keine Zeit/Lust, mich mit dem Reinigungspersonal auseinanderzusetzen.

Convenient, Clean, Well-priced... service just a bit spotty, though

No complaints, but if you need personal help with anything at all -- laundry service, room service, concierge, bell services -- get started early and allow extra time. For example, the in-room information says you can call for a laundry pickup up 'til 9:00am, but when we called at 8:45am we were told we were too late, the outside service actually picks up from the hotel at 9:00am sharp. But these are quibbles, on the whole the experience was fine. London Bridge rail station and tube stop are both well-connected, Borough Market is a short walk away, and there are many other food options nearby, some quite affordable.

A great find

comfortable and accessible. We will return to this hotel. The area is interesting with much to in walking distance. Transport by bus, tube, train or boat is another bonus.
