The rooms were nice, but we had a problem with the air conditioning. They came and fixed it after we reported it. The road noise was a bit of a problem. The steak and lobster restaurant was not good at all. The steak was thickness of a hamburger patty and not worth the price paid for it.

Expérience positive car l'hôtel est très bien situé : à deux stations de la gare St pancras et avec magasins de bouche et restaurants à proximité. Chambre propre malheureusement fênetres très mal insonorisées (heureusement il y a un Boots juste à côté pour acheter des boules quiès) L'accueil selon la personne peut aller de très bien à très moyen (surtout un jeune homme). Dommage

Booked a city view room and ended up looking at a brick wall. It’s only Expedia that call it city view, not Radisson Blu. Room looked tired but functional. Only booked for a one night work trip so served its purpose.

Very disappointed with this hotel, in particular the room. We stayed in a standard room for 2, this was small and very dated. The bed was a large single, not suitable for 2 people. We had room service, and the food was seriously shockingly bad, pizza tasted like a cheap frozen supermarket pizza and the chicken breast burger was just sliced pieces of chicken in a roll with cheese. Very loud from the outside. Seemed to be issues with the TV satellite so most channels didn't work on the TV, wasn't a big issue for us. on a positive note the breakfast was very good and the rest of the hotel, such as reception and restaurant area were pleasent.

Nice porridge!

Service was very good, I asked if my husband could stay the night with me and the staff not only agreed, but also upgraded my room the next day. My breakfast wasn’t included into the rates, so I had to pay for it, however I didn’t mind going back the second time because they cooked my a porridge which wasn’t in their menu. Excellent porridge that was. The carpet in the first room (which was quite small) was a bit stained. The air con is slightly loud and curtains should probably do a better job at blacking out the light. They didn’t cover the window completely. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Lovely hotel quite central. Next to the underground, but even walking distance to Piccadilly area. A lot of useful shops nearby (coffee shops, pharmacy, supermarkets,…) in case you need something extra. The staff was really amazing, especially the room service that helped me sorting out a problem at 6 am. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the man, but I will never stop thanking him. I go back to this hotel yearly for my work and quality/price is excellent.
