Bathroom awful, very antiquted - toilet disgusting view from bath. This hotel on the face of it looks nice.But once you get pass the facade, it seriously is updating

Good clean hotel

Check in was really easy and simple, customer service was impeccable, staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was okay, food wasn’t hot, eggs came out 20 minutes after ordering as this was separate from the all you can eat. Bar is reasonably priced, staff very friendly. Room was good, it was comfortable and clean, slightly dated along with the bathroom. Overall it was a good stay and would boom again

Great hotel great location

Staff couldn’t do enough to help, view from room wasn’t great as overlooked by the neighbouring flats but sort of expected in central London - nothing to be done about that. Service was excellent - room a little dated but very clean and perfect for our needs.
