Dont leave anything in your room they will take it

Stayed 1 night with my family. We left our blanket and pillow in the room. Called immediately after we left the hotel to alert them. Drove back and they stated neither room service or security had our items. They took my cell # and never called me. Its been 2 weeks and the manager hasnt called me back. Horrible customer service sham on you

I was happy for the most part with my recent stay at Hilton. Everything was wonderful except the bathroom sink kept filling with water and the tv was not a smart tv. There was no way to watch Netflix or other apps. I thought that was strange for a big hotel. That would be something that would affect whether I stay again because I didn’t see much on the limited channels that I wanted to watch. Overall though the hotel was great. For the price I think a few things could be addressed. Still one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at.
