Overall good stay

We had a good stay. Although our backs and necks woke up super sore. Our stay was planned for 2 people and we only had one washcloth available. The coffee station in the lobby when we arrived back from dinner was covered with cups and water bottles just left by other guests.

The building was hot. The only time you had air was when you were in your room our room was clean and comfortable, but that comforter didn’t look like it was washed or changed. When they put me in my first room, the door wouldn’t open and I appreciate that she comped me for the inconvenience of having to go back down and get a new room so they try to make it right and I appreciate that. I think you’re cleaning Staff need a little bit more work?
