Service is good, very smooth check in. While the location of this hotel was convenient, the noise level was incredibly disruptive during midnight, 12am-3am, there's a lady who keeps on shouting, laughing and crying, I dont know whats happening making it almost impossible to get a good sleep, I wanna open the door to check whats happening but I don't feel safe to do so since we are just a tourist and first time traveller in LA, we just want to have a good rest after a tour and our flight was early as well. We checked out 3:30am and there's a police officer, I think to address theissue with the lady making a scene.

Hollywood isnt cheap

-have to pay $25 to park keep that noted. Other hotels do this in the area too, just keep it noted - had 2 beds, they were clean but one the frames were broken so it sunk in. Not great for backs -breakfast was cerial and coffee nothing more -staff was friendly, but they knock on your door at 10:30am reminding about 11am check out -doors dont double lock, just from the keycard. Management could come in unannounced hypothetically -My room the doors didnt close properly, had to pull them to close entrence and bathroom doors Overall, its a place to stay and Hollyweird isnt cheap. If it wasnt for nice employees, i would have rated one star lower. Its not the cleaniest but it wasnt the dirtiest Ive seen in LA.

The front desk was beyond the rudest I have ever met. The person "Gabby" was terrible in terms of treatment of customers and I rather pay more to be treated right than to be treated like that ever again.

I didn’t stay, I walked in and walked right back out. It was disgusting. They had bugs and street walkers. I prepaid so I thought from the pictures it was beautiful and clean enough to give them my money. Boy, oh boy, was a wrong, I came all the way from Ohio in the wee hours of the morning to a place that required me to find another place to stay in the middle of the night during a wind storm and wildfires. Luckily, I found another hotel but if I hadn’t, I would have slept in my car before I left my bag touch the floor in Hollywood VIP Hotel

I’d rather spend more…

The front desk staff was amazingly friendly, I would honestly come back just because of them… The decor inside the lobby is adorable, the decor inside the room is also slightly adorable… But here’s a list of the nuances. One, if you want to plug in the nightstand lamp or a phone charger, you have to move the nightstand away from the wall. Too, there’s like no weatherstripping around the door, so at night you’ll see a glow and you’ll hear everybody talking and going through the hallway. BRING EARPLUGS!! See pic below. 3. The shower is spacious, but it’s kind of gross… Lots of mildew in all of the grouting, especially in the corners, did not want to have myself or my son shower in there without sandals on… 4. They only provide two rough towels, a tiny bar of hand soap, and one little bottle of shampoo… on a good note, the heater worked and it had a fridge! Also, it’s in close walking distance to the fancy mall and the Hollywood stars
