The fact that they charge $75 dollars for parking should have been prominently displayed across their entire ad! It was inconvenient to get to thos hotel, unsafe surroundings around the hotel and we were forced to pay for parking! I would have found something closer to my destination with cheaper or free parking and paid less than my stay there. Plus, i asked for a receipt and the staff said they would email me the reciept... it's been over a week now and i still have no receipts. Nothing in junk or regular mail. Nothing.

If i had known that parking was going to be a complete rip off!!! I would have never stayed at this hotel. Then after checking out, i was told i would get an email with my receipt - i STILL (24 hours later now) have NO CLUE what i was charged from thos hotel!!! Never going to stay at a hotel by the airport again and probably going to plan my trips better so that i dont have to stay at hotels in thos city.

The parking available at the site is very expensive and the pricing is not listed. Parking at the properly is $75 nightly and near by a block away $40. These are significant amounts of a $170/room night.

The site does not disclose the cost of parking which is 75/night. $48 if you want to park a block away. Refigerator in the roo. Had half eaten sandwhich left in it. Beyond disappointing.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Typical airport hotel (in the 4 stars range). I must take one star off for the excessive parking charges ($75 valet parking!) and buffet breakfast ($172 for two adults and two children!).

I have been trying for two days to contact them via Expedia to confirm my late arrival due to a flight cancellation. I have received no response. Calling them also doesn’t work -/ they have a dysfunctional “virtual assistant” that just wastes time and the front desk do not pick up the phone.

Room smelled cirgarette

We only stayed one night on the way home from a trip overseas. Nothing much to say except that the room smelled cigarette, faint but caught us by surprise the second we entered the room. Too $$$$ for the property.
