The room was clean and beautiful. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotwl is really nice looking. There is secure parking. The only negative was that we could feel the springs in the bed mattress.

Picked this place because of the value and location/proximity to things I needed to do while in town. I debated between this one and a few others and am so happy I picked this hotel. It looked a little weird as we were going to our room. When we got in the room, the cleaning chemical smell was overwhelming. We looked out the window and it was a concrete wall with barbed wire on top. The door looked like it had been broken into at some point (gashes that had been painted over) we were afraid to leave our stuff there. We immediately checked out and was not offered a refund. Would not recommend but some people look like they were having fun.

Convenient and Quaint

The hotel was conveniently centered near a lot of the attractions we wanted to do that we only had to take surface streets. While there we went to the Paramount Studios Tour, The Grove, Dodger Stadium, and to Culver City. Staff were beyond friendly and amazing! I hurt my foot while out walking around and when I returned the front staff helped me get some ice and shared of how i could reserve closer parking for the remainder of my stay. There was also a restaurant attached which was delicious! I recommend the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl. Cons were that noise from the hallways can be easily heard, but this only was an issue when we choose to sleep in one of the days. The pool area is small and its next to the patio seating of the restaurant separated by a short wired wall. It made it a bit awkward to go swimming during a busy time for the restuaraunt with so many people outside. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood its placed in is so adorable and I wanted to get a coffee from The Coffee Bean across the street and just go for walks up and down the streets but time did not allow. I definitely would stay here again!

The location is fantastic, the hotel is classically LA modern in design (so low-key, very comfy rooms), and the free parking included in the very reasonable nightly rate made my stay as great as I could have imagined.
