Nice clean large room, but was hoping for firmer pillows. Great gym. Love the $15 daily credit which we used towards the delicious clam chowder. Also love the free truffle fries as a Bonvoy Gold Elite member. Valet service is pricey but convenient. Love that the property is connected to a shopping center with a great yakitori restaurant (Hatch). We’ll be back.

Employees were exceptionally friendly & professional. I'm 76 and would have appreciated a grab bar in the shower as the surfaces were pretty slick. And like other hotel rooms the top mattress "slants" - or lays at an incline. The only way I can get a good night sleep is to put a pllow under the mattress to prop it up. Then housekeeping regularly pulls it out and I have to begin the process over again every night. Very annoying!!!

I feel comfortable and safe staying at this hotel. I like that we can walk to different restaurants in the area. We always stay here when we come to concerts in LA. I should have reported that the mirror light in bathroom was flashing on one side in Room 809.
