Great location: small, quiet street 6 blocks to the beach, 5 blocks to Main Street/ Promenade restaurants and shops, metro station. Sunny and bright with private bathroom, kitchen, living room. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, other condiments. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, soap, other supplies and a hair dryer. No A/C in the apartment (it has a ceiling fan), and it's almost always below 70 F here in Santa Monica. Check in any time after 3pm, but usually available earlier. Self check in with door code.
I have been a Superhost on the other home share site for 7 years. I'm always here to help if you need me, but you won't see me if you don't need me.

We loved our stay at this cute little upstairs apartment! The check in instructions were easy to follow and the apartment was super clean. It took us 10-15 minutes to walk down to the beach and there were a lot of cute little shops along the way! We ran into Suzanne once and she was extremely friendly and accommodating. She even let us know that her neighbors were having a party and to let her know if it got too loud so she could take care of it. If you are looking for a cute getaway, close to the beach, with a super friendly host, this is your spot!
