Staff was not friendly or helpful. Room down the hall flooded/had a leak. There water puddles in the hall and doorway. No communication from hotel staff, just woken up by noisy work crews and plastic wrap everywhere. Don’t stay here unless you want to be mistreated and ignored.

Rooms are dark and need a serious makeover. The whole hotel needs a makeover. Hotel not particularly clean or well kept up. This is a 3 star hotel at best, and barely. Staff was very nice though.

This is an old world business hotel, and could do for a remodel soon. Totally fine for the incredible price, but not anything you would want to go back to. I would especially recommend doing some thing about the relatively boring breakfast menu, although the surface in the restaurant is always amazing. What happened to the free coffee? Also special shout out to the front desk staff and the valet staff. Excellent as always.

Expedia charged for a surge due high demand, but did not divolge the hotel did not have a hot tub or pool working. This was one of the main reasons we stayed at this location. Nothing was done by the hotel and Expedia made an incredibly weak attempt to make things better by a lackluster offer only beneficial if I spent MORE money with them instead of fixing the originally issue.
