We stayed one night with our young children on our way to Australia (and another night on our way back) and had a whole day to find something to do. Since we had the little kids, and no car seats, we were limited to buses for transport. There isnt much close by. Surrounding the hotel is restaurants and gas stations...and a Ralphs grocery. our first stay was 'fine'. it was close to the airport with a free shuttle. That was convenient. There was nothing to do, the property itself is a car park, no where for kids to play. The floors in our rooms were not clean. Our feet were black from walking from the front of the room to the back. The strike plate on the door of the room was falling off. We managed to latch it but it was loose and flimsy. We requested pillows and blanket and we got them hours later. Our second night on our way back through was in a 'new' room. It was across the street from the main part of the hotel. We had no phone in our room and when we tried to call from our cell it wouldnt go through. There were no curtains on the window, only a blind which let in a lot of light from the bright lamps left on ALL night. So it looked like morning time all night long...i know cos i couldnt sleep. Ppl moved in above us at 11pm and stomped around all night until we left at 6am. We didnt receive the pillows we requested. It was awful after a long day of international travel. Reception girl didnt seem to care about any of this but nonchalantly apologized.

Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part, the hotel is super out of the way which is pretty inconvenient but the hotel itself was clean and the room was very comfortable and nice. Esme at the front desk was so lovely and helpful every time we saw her.

Was disappointed that the shuttles did not run on time. Three shuttles showed up after 11 AM AND THE first two were too full. So I ended up getting an Uber by the time the third shuttle pulled up around 1125.

TERRIBLE CHOICE

I tough it was a hotel but it is a motel, separate buildings across the street, it shouldn’t appear on the “hotel” search… Property in general looks and feel dirty, the room lacks ventilation so it smells. There was a group of men loudly arguing with F words at night and for long time, I felt very unsafe there. I accidentally drop a towel to the floor next to the bed and when pick it up it was black from dust. Very poor and underwhelming experience, not the best deal and not sure how I ended making a reservation there, would never come back and would never recommend to anyone.
