Nice roomy two floor townhouse for rent near Sucat, Paranaque. Located near the airport. Terminal 1 which is the most international flights only 15 minutes (6.9 km) away outside of rush hour.

Nice and roomy place to kick back and relax

The townhouse has a floor area of ​​approximately 135 square meters and has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms.

There is a large bathroom upstairs with a heated shower and a small one on the main floor.

The kitchen area has all the necessary comfort such as: a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine and kitchen utensils and flatware.

The living room hosts a comfy sofa and a 40-inch flat screen television with Netflix for many movies and series during your stay.
Furthermore, a fully automatic washing machine is available for your laundry. The accommodation includes Free WIFI and one free parking spot

There are 2 large supermarkets within walking distance and located in the SM City SUCAT and SM City BF malls, which are a 5 minute Jeepney ride away outside rush hour. At a two minute walk around the corner there is also a nice affordable GYM for those who would like to work for 80 php to use the equipment.

The easiest way of transportation is the local Jeepneys which are very cheap. Otherwise you can also book an Uber or Grab driver which are also relatively cheap.

Great place to stay

One of the most beautiful houses we stayed at, so far the best in Manila the modern decoration is amazing and you can find everything you need inside the house, the street is safe and quiet, and the staff are very nice and welcoming, I strongly recommend it

Very nice stay

Host is very accomodating and communication is never an issue. He goes out of his way to make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. The caretaker was very kind and accomodating as well.

hard start

The taxidriver, don't find the adress and until I was in a internetcafe to get the phonenumber again, we saw almost every street in San Isidro. The bedrooms have air con upstairs, the rest not. It's a nice and big house to stay with a family. We enjoy it there and had a lot of fun. One bathroom was closed and we couldn't use it.
