The hotel is nice with a pleasing water cascade while you eat at their restaurant. The business room was big and the bed was comfortable. The furniture is in need of a touch up due to years of wear and tear. The staff and security were polite, helpful and friendly. The mall is within walking distance about 7 to 10 minutes. There’s plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area and the mall. Enjoyable to walk around while heading towards the mall.

Outstanding staff-- the most courteous and professional that we have met. Room was clean, water was hot, and water pressure in the shower was excellent. Bed was very firm, which is much to our liking. The hallways could use some TLC, but that was the only minor negative. Location is very convenient-- Greenbelt and Ayala are in easy walking distance. A superb value overall.

Located good location near greenbelt and Ayala mall. U plan to go bar hoping it’s near the bars about 7-10min. The complementary breakfast is amazing recommend stay

While the hotel itself was conveniently located, Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta malls are about 5-10 minute walk away, and there is a 7/11 and pharmacy just across the road, the hotel it self had an average buffet breakfast, no Gym or Pool, the carpet on level three in the hallway was all torn and ripped, and there was no designated smoking area anywhere in or near the hotel (we had to goto the New World Makati hotel across the road, the reception staff were lovely and welcoming, however i would only reccomend this hotel for a few days at most
