We always stay at the Prince Plaza II Hotel when we are visiting Manila. The staff are superb, very friendly and efficient and extremely helpful. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants within close walking distance. We would recommend to anyone.

Their is a problem with one of the lifts but the staff are extremely helpfull and help in every way to counter the problem, great hotel and fantastic location the staff are very friendly and the service is very very good.
