The room was clean staff were excellent. Busy street but quiet hotel. I actually enjoyed the views. Onsite restaurant and my room was available for early check in

The bed was totally uncomfortable, with a huge sink hole at the centre of the mattress, probably as a consequence of the curtures deformed overused bed.

Just an average hotel. Many amenity items were reduced to minimal to none. The slippers were poor quality. It used to be better. It’s like wearing paper slippers now

The place is centrally located where one could easily access shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Inspite of it being centrally located, it is a very safe location. The staff are friendly yet very professional and accommodating. The only draw back is that there is no gym or workout center and no pools..

I was really happy to see Kia again at checkin. She remembered me by name and was very pleasant and professional as before. My room was in perfect condition and other staff members were very helpful with luggage assistance and door and elevator assistance. Checkout was simple, pleasant and easy.

This Hotel was great the staff very attentive and a great central location. Great value for traveler. One criticism was the free WiFi not a secure connection, but if you use a VPN it does work. Overall excellent value.

An absolutely great hotel. I was a bit skeptical initially but from the moment I checked-in, I realised that this hotel was worth every cent I paid. Very good service, decent sized rooms, very clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here the next time I am here and happy to recommend this place to anyone seeking a good hotel where you get excellent value for your money.

The room was fairly clean, the room had no air ventilation unless you left the main door open, the aircon was leaking which wet the floor, aircon was not cold enough, had to remind reception to return our laundry after almost 24 hours from time we gave our laundry. Staff were friendly.
