Everything was amazing except for 2 things 1 expedia failed to tell us the pool was going to be unavailable until after the non-refundable payment and when we got ther the tub wouldnt hold water(which was fixed the next morning after checking in at 6pm) the hotel was incredible and every person i talked to was helping and smiling

Please note that when we went the pool was under construction. The place cannot be beat if you want a quiet location with beach access at an incredibly low rate. There was empty areas so I’m not sure if they are trying to bring retail back or scaling down. But the beach is amazing.

This property is under renovations so no pool or access to the beach. Also noisy because of the renovations. Also the Lobby is some kind of a ghost town, nobody is there and there's nothing to do. It's a Pitty because it is a great property at a great location in Marco Island. Hopefully they put some money and finish the renovations so that the hotel retakes its Im sure past glory. The front desk staff when we got there was not friendly at all. Then the front desk the next day was much better. The room/suite was nice and spacious and clean.

Beautiful, clean and very friendly staff. The valet service was excellent, the guys running it were so nice. Despite the pool being under construction we really enjoyed our stay. Our room had Great shower pressure! Something that was greatly appreciated after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay again.

The rooms were nice, however the chairs they told me were going to be in the room, there weren’t any. Also I understand that the pool is under construction & there is a lot of dust, but we were there on a weekend, there were no workers on the project, but however there was not way u could go out to the balcony because there were full of dust. Aso even though I rented 3 nights, the 2nd day when I went upstairs, I had to comeback so they could reprogram my room’s key

The suite was as expected, but the mattress was sunken on both sides making it uncomfortable to sleep. The foot board fabric is quite aged and corners dirty. Bathroom is nice but starting to show its age. Was quite clean with bathroom products, plenty of towels. The front desk and valet staff are friendly.
