Beautifully Updated Beachfront Condo w/Resort Amenities, including Heated Pool & WiFi

Oct 9, 2025 - the pool project will resume again sometime in September 2026. No word on the exact start date or how long it will take; however, we expect the pool will be closed for at least a month. No refunds will be given for anyone booking a stay during this period so please be advised.

This beautifully renovated two bedroom, two bath South Seas Tower 4 condo offers direct access the best of Marco Island, including Tigertail Beach - which is world-famous for its soft white sand, world-class shelling, dolphins swimming off-shore, and loads of other marine wildlife. When you enter this 2nd floor unit, you’ll immediately notice how the condo has been immaculately updated, with no expense spared, as the gleaming kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining space and the large living area that includes cozy seating, flat screen TV, and balcony access. Take in the beauty everywhere you look - inside and out - as you kick back, relax and enjoy being on island time. The condo comfortably sleeps up to six people and, in addition to direct beach access, it is less than a mile to some of the best dining and shopping destinations on the island. There is no better home base to explore the best of Marco Island than this lovely beachfront* condo!



*While this condo is in a building on the beach, due to its second floor location, vegetation surrounding Tigertail Lagoon obscures views of the water from the unit, including the balcony, as reflected in the listing pictures.*

South Seas Condominiums is a private, gated community just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the beach. As a guest here, you’ll have exclusive access to amenities such as the heated community pool, fitness center, walking paths, tennis & pickle ball courts, and a putting green. South Seas is the only community on Marco Island which boasts both beach access and boat docks, which can be rented at very reasonable prices.



NOTES:

- The condo complex allows owners to make renovations to their units from May 1 to November 15 so there can be construction noise in this Tower. Work can only be done between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, unless it is for emergency repairs.

- There is a registration fee of $100 which includes a parking pass for one car and each addtional parking pass is $100/car. The fee is paid onsite at the Manager’s Office in the lobby of Tower 3 and the registration fee ONLY applies to overnight guests.

We had the most wonderful stay at this condo in Marco Island, FL. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning views, tasteful decor, and a sense of calm that only the beach can bring. The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach gear.The location was perfect—just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We especially loved sipping coffee on the balcony each morning while watching dolphins play in the surf. The building itself was quiet and secure, with friendly neighbors and easy parking.Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a relaxing family vacation, this condo is a gem. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The property was very clean and the managers did a good job communicating. We had an issue with our lock and it was addressed immediately. The property had sufficient security. The only negative is the laundry instructions in the room could have been clearer, and upon arrival there was a 100 registration fee that I didn’t see disclosed in the booking process. Also, I didn’t expect the beach to be so far away from the property.

Very clean very beachy condo qith all the amenities. Vinyl w9od flooring for an easy sweep each day from beach sand. Lovkey bathrooms and luxury main bed. Its does not have an ocean view and woukd most definitely stay un this condobagain!

Unit not great but location ok

Bed was too high in one room and crappy mattress in the other. Kitchen cabinets had some very cheap plastic covering that was cracked. Cannot see gulf from this room. Decor is very cheap looking so for sure only for rental. Kitchen was ok. Had what we needed. Beach chairs provided. Pool nice.

Beachy Decor

This was a well appointed, clean, spacious and well stocked property. Communication with Itrips was outstanding and will definitely use them in the future. The beach is a hike but to catch a sunset is easy. The condo has all necessary beach equipment so no need to buy or bring anything. Great place walking distance to several popular restaurants.

Worse vacation experience in 20yrs

The condo itself was nice, the view was horrible, the walk to the beach was horrible, more information of laundry would have been nice (like the free vouchers being found on the last day instead of being in the email) the check in was inadequate. In my 20 yrs of coming to Florida this has been the worse visit ever and will never come back to Marco Island nor will I use itrip

This was a fantastic property. The unit was beautifully redone and immaculate and is located in a great complex. The pools and facilities are lovely and the beach is gorgeous. The stay in this unit was comfortable and all that we needed for a comfortable stay and fun in the sun was provided. Would happily return!
