Issued a smoking room with no other options available after requesting no smoking room that was also absolutely filthy. These rooms are at least 5 years beyond a desperately overdue renovation.

The staff was very helpful! The hotel looked a little outdated but the room was clean and comfortable. There were 2 issues with the room first the mini fridge did not get cold and second the shampoo and conditioner were open and only half full. I think when you pay over $300 for a room for 1 night those things shouldn't happen.
