The room was very clean and the woman who checked us in was outstanding. My only complaint is that if a room is available for early check-in, why does there need to be a charge? I was charged $67 to check in but then was told that if I checked in at two, it would be $23 but also that a room would not be guaranteed at that time. I just think it’s a little bit ridiculous to have to pay an additional $67 to check into a room that was already vacant.

Convenient to the casino and theater. Room was nice and clean. I found the check in process to be cumbersome and they weren’t too interested in helping you out at the desk.

Room was clean but the shampoo and conditioner was empty and one elevator was out of order and the other was not working the day I left. A crowd was forming at the elevators. One man said that the door was locked for the stairs so I flagged a staff member down and he let us out the staff elevator

The room really should have been cleaned better. Dust and other debris clearly under furniture. Bed cover slip seemed to not be cleaned either. But, even worse and even more of a complaint is with a Do Not Disturb tag on the door handle the cleaning service knocked on the door at 8:30am and woke us up!!

first, they didnt have my confirmed room, then the room they did give us had blood stains on the sheets, no trash bags in the trash baskets. they put us in another room and the water faucets were horribly corroded, no daily clean up or room dress down. i ran out of toilet paper, requested it and had to wait 5hrs to get more. i can go on and on.

The room was fine, it was the switching of rooms that had upset my parents as well as in the 2nd room it had said non smoking but it smelt like nothing but cigars once you walked in. The staff did their best and thats all that matters
