Convenient location. Unfortunately, there were people smoking in front of the entrance and in the building. The wall in our room was smeared with an unknown substance.

Rented the jacuzzi King room. Tub was in the bathroom and was standard sized. Big enough for one person. Held together with tape. Room also had no television as they said they were working on getting it replaced. Didn’t stay longer than 10 minutes. Will not return.

I booked the room for me and my wife so we can attend a nearby wedding in an effort to avoid driving home at night. We checked in with only enough time to change clothes and head to the wedding. We returned to the room about 11pm tired from a good time pulled back the blankets and the sheets, mattress liner was dirty and soiled. We took pictures and went to the front desk the attendant was very combative and refuse to look at the photos also the building smelled like cigarette smoke so we packed our bags and left. This location is by far the worse we have visited I would not recommend booking there.

Electrical tape covering outlets that didn't have covers. Weird light-colored stain on the carpet between bed and nightstand. TV screen was dark and couldn't be adjusted. AC worked just fine. The waffle tasted strange. Never had one that tasted like that. Can't even explain. Didn't eat it.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The air conditioning barely worked. We told the staff about it, and they said they would come fix it, but no one ever did. The room smelled terrible, and there were dead bugs on the floor. The so-called free Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work either. It even had grocery bags stuffed behind it, which was very strange. At night, there was a lot of yelling. We heard people shouting, “We’re going to call the police if you do not leave,” which made us feel very unsafe. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but we checked out after the first night and moved to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to families. It did not feel safe, especially with kids, and it was definitely not family-friendly.

I had to get a refund for a misrepresented listing at that location. Less the $9 insurance cost that Hotels.com offered for $4.50...didn't know they charged me a mysterious $4.50 extra until the transaction was complete. Hotels.com is NOT a service I would EVER use again. It was an issue going thru a bunch of calls before I was finally able to talk to a live person.
