We stayed a week at this condo. The booking was easy and the host responded when I started a new message. It may have been a vrbo issue that every time I replied to a message through vrbo, I did not get a response. It was only when I started a new message that I received a response. The response was very fast in those cases.The view of the beach was wonderful from the condo and access to the beach was easy. We were even able to watch a launch from Kennedy Space Center one night from the deck. It was a nice beach with plenty of room. The pool was heated and nice. There were not many people at the condos when we went in April, so the pool was always available. I would think if the place was full, the pool could get crowded.The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We did not use the kitchen much, but there seemed to be limited cooking utensils. The place was very nice but fairly isolated with only a few restaurants around within 5 minute drive. We needed to drive at least 15-20 minutes to get to most of the restaurants.The only thing that disappointed us about the place was that the washer and dryer were not in the unit. Even though there were very few people there, we had to wait for the maid to wash and dry in that same washer and dryer even with most of the units unoccupied.In short, we enjoyed the place and the communication was very good. It probably works best for a shorter stay, which most others were doing,
