Yes the response to our enquiries wasn't helpful. Room was too hot & front desk / maintenance couldn't rectify the situation?? Wife had the $26.00 breakfast? Turned out to be 40.00? then added another $4.00 Sunday fee?? Then got charged an extra $5.50?? for a room fee? Also asked for a later c/o 1:00 12;00 ok but would be $30.00 for the extra hour?? Overall a poor experience & I will definitely t3ll people to avoid your establishment. Also we charged some dinners to our room. Apparently this exceeded the $100.00 deposit we put down & to CYA they bumped it to $155.00 Guess they didn't trust us to cover our bill @ check out. Really good PR on your staffs part. Quite lame overall.
