The Hotel was very clean but my room was looking a bit tired. Has one wall with wallpaper which was lifting off in places. They TV Remote was completely in Chinese characters. Otherwise it's close to RMH and has off-street parking and a continental breakfast with real milk and juice. Staff were welcoming. I'd stay again.

I love the convenient location and the free parking.. Also love the generous size of the rooms and the wonder white toast and Vegemite breakfast! It is a very old building so one must expect some wear and tear.

Great for the price - FREE BREAKFAST

Excellent service and great for a cheaper option hotel. A little outdated, but brilliant for tge price and a free breakfast. Highly recommend.

Yes I would stay here again. The staff were so nice and friendly and happy to help. Yes the hotel is a little run down, but the beds are comfortable and at a great price. Having onsite parking makes it all easy aswell and included in the price. The hotel is close to shops and the hospitals aswell which I needed for my stay. Thank you Arden.

The staff are lovely & helpful. The Arden is within walking distance to many great pubs, restaurants, sporting venues, shopping & has parking which we love !! No stress trying to find a park !! We love the Arden & will be back.
