Staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the proximity to lots of restaurants and amenities. The view from the room was phenomenal and we loved the bedroom which opened up to the skyline. We watched the NYE fireworks from our living room and balcony and were afforded a view of the entire horizon and the Melbourne cbd fireworks. The drawsides were the bedsheets and lack of pillows, as well as a very slight reduced cleanliness but this appeared to be more of a used and lived in quality. Overall it was a great apartment and I would recommend.

We had an excellent stay at SkyOne Apartments. A special mention goes to Claudia at reception, who gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything clearly on arrival—she was friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely throughout our stay. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was beautiful and very well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of drawer space, a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, salad bowls, cutlery, and dinnerware—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom was a little on the smaller side, especially with a king-size bed, but it was still comfortable. The living and dining areas were spacious and inviting. Having a washing machine in the apartment, along with a drying rack on the balcony, was very convenient. Everything was thoughtfully provided, including laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, dishwashing liquid, and even trash bags. When we needed more supplies, we simply went to reception and they were happy to provide them. The location is excellent—less than a five-minute walk to Box Hill Central, with Coles and Woolworths supermarkets, shops, bakeries, and a fantastic selection of eateries and restaurants (mostly Asian). The train station is also within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay, and thanks to Claudia’s wonderful service, it felt especially welcoming. We would definitely choose SkyOne Apartments again.

No effective communication

We booked Sky One based on proximity to a festival we were attending in Melbourne. Key element to this was parking for the duration. Confirmed parking two days before arriving but was told parking was only for two days. Staff did resolve this issue, but through much deliberation. The hotel was very tidy and the accommodations were very nice. No blackout curtains on the windows and the airflow noise under the door may bother light sleepers. We asked for trash bags because you have to take the trash to the drop chute, but never received the additional trash bags. Overall it was a nice stay but I will probably not stay there again.

Was not abke to enjoy the property fully as balcony was closed off. Wifi was not working for first day and had to move to another room the next day. Pool area had a lot of constant smell of food cooked in downstairs restaurant and no ventilation turned on. The property is on very busy road and nearly impossible to park and check in. The Check in door is locked so had to wait for someone to come to reception to get in.

The apartment is well located, very close to Boxhill Shopping centre and central station. We were offered an apartment on 20th floor with good views. Overall the apartment is clean but one of the bathrooms had been very smelly throughout our stay so we had been using only one bathroom for 6 days. Furthermore, I have found the reception exceptionally hard to reach over the phone. We checked out on 8/1/25 and it has been over 20 days that they have not released the safety deposit that was taken on 2/1/25. They answered my call once in 22 days and ignored all my other calls. They falsely claimed that they processed the refund of my safety deposit on 8/1/25 and asked me to speak to my bank for more details. My bank later advised me that this holding funds has not been released by merchant end yet. I have found the communication difficult and inefficient and this is very disappointing.

Good location. Room 511 had Odd position of bed..difficult to access far side. Electric frying pan had no lead! There was only a bread knife but the reception sorted a chefs knife for me. Reception team Queenie and Martin were very helpful.
