The location was excellent for us to visit family in Williamstown Nth; the layout great for multi-generations. Janice was quick to respond to our requests prior to arriving and when we were on site (see below). We were disappointed that when advertised for 8 people there was not sufficient kitchenware - glasses, plates, cookware - we were frequently having to do dishes to keep up throughout each day/meal. Also disappointed that we had to request toilet paper day 1 (delivered promptly when requested), that there was no paper towel (we bought our own) and the cleanliness of the unit was not what we were expecting. Should there have been more the 2 pegs for the clothesline? Should the dining chairs have no tears (they all did)? Would I book there again? It was convenient for our large group. Would I pay that amount again? Probably not.
