I am usually easy to please but this room was awful. Bed was itchy (scabies?) Room was noisy. Curtains let too much light in. Faint unpleasant odour. Staff/support was not contactable - I tried calling three separate times to get sheets changed, and in person at 8am. Simply unacceptable.

The room was dirty,the bathroom had tiles missing in the shower area and there was mould and black mould on the door. The sheets and towels were clean. I didnt use the bathroom. I showered somewhere else.

The room was tiny & felt dusty and out dated. My booking said "twin bed" but the room only had a single bed. As a young female staying on my own this location is no longer idea due to the increase in homeless presence in swanston and flinders st. Heading home late, after a night out on the town would not have felt safe unfortunately.

I liked that it was close to everything. The room was okay however the bathroom was awful. Someone's soap was left in the shower and the bathtub was full of black hair dye stain. I wanted to have a shower but after running the hot water on it's own, no hot water came through, even after waiting for 5mins.

Hotel room was dirty. Dust and hair on the tiles, mould through the shower and covering the shower curtain, fridge handle and microwave had food on (didn’t open either), aircon full of dust. Location was excellent.
