LINEN
A full bed & bathroom linen package included for bookings of 3 nights or more. BYO Pool & Beach Towels.
2 nights -this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows.
You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, pool towels, beach towels. Contact our office for hire linen prices which incl delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. Small, non shedding, hypoallergenic preferred. A description is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved. Pet Stay Fee applies.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Guests must ensure they read & follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay. A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.
